The Internal Audit and Control Division at the college, in collaboration with the University Presidency/Continuing Education Center, is organizing a specialized training course

 Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Walid Nassar Jaffal, the Internal Audit and Control Division of the college, in collaboration with the University Presidency / Continuing Education Center, organized a specialized training course titled: "Conflict Management in Educational Institutions".

The course was delivered by the following lecturers:

  • Asst. Lect. Raed Mahdi Saleh / College of Medicine

  • Asst. Lect. Marwan Thakir Abd / University Presidency

  • Asst. Lect. Mohammed Abd Saleh / College of Engineering

  • Prof. Dr. Abdulsalam Ali Hussein / College of Administration and Economics

The course aimed to enhance the administrative staff’s skills in addressing organizational challenges and developing conflict-resolution mechanisms within academic work environments.

Administrative staff members, including faculty and employees of the college, participated in the course. The lectures covered several key topics, such as:

  • Strategies for identifying sources of conflict.

  • Analyzing the relationship between conflict levels and performance.

  • Practical applications to enhance collaboration among work teams.

The Internal Audit and Control Division emphasized that this course is part of a series of training initiatives implemented in partnership with the Continuing Education Center to keep pace with administrative developments and meet the needs of institutional personnel.
