Overview of the Unit

The Citizen Affairs Unit is affiliated with the Office of the Dean of the College of Medicine and focuses on several key areas:

  1. Listening to Citizen Complaints:
    Addressing grievances from various groups, including faculty members, staff, students, and the general public. The unit works to resolve issues, simplify procedures, and provide assistance.

  2. Welcoming All Citizens:
    Engaging with individuals from different categories, listening to their concerns, and guiding them toward the appropriate processes to ensure their requests are fulfilled. This includes coordinating with departments and divisions to facilitate administrative and legal procedures and overcome obstacles.

  3. Monthly Reporting:
    Preparing and submitting monthly reports of all activities conducted, including completion rates, to the University's Citizen Affairs Division.

  4. Managing Requests and Complaints:
    Receiving and following up on requests and complaints forwarded by the President of the University’s Office/Citizen Affairs Division.

How to Request a Meeting:

  • Fill out the electronic form, ensuring all details are accurately provided and attaching all relevant documents (if available).

Dear Citizen,
After completing the form, your request will be reviewed by the Dean of the College of Medicine for scheduling a meeting or referring the request to the relevant department. You will be contacted to inform you about the necessary actions taken.
