Graduates of the College of Medicine, University of Anbar: upon obtaining the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B., Ch.B.), will be able to:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive and integrated knowledge of basic biomedical sciences, clinical medicine (including common and locally relevant diseases), public health and social sciences.
- Apply diagnostic reasoning, conduct history taking and physical examinations, order and interpret relevant tests, formulate management plans, and provide safe clinical care.
- Perform essential medical procedures and emergency interventions competently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health professionals; obtain informed consent; counsel patients, respecting cultural, ethical, and legal norms.
