In a new academic achievement added to the record of scientific accomplishments of the College of Medicine – University of Anbar, Lecturer Raed Mahdi Saleh, Director of the Internal Audit and Control Division at the college, has published a research paper entitled:
"Inclusive leadership as an approach to develop employees' extra-role behavior in higher education institutions: Evidence from Iraq"
in the International Journal of Management and Sustainability, one of the reputable scientific journals indexed in the global Scopus database.

The research was conducted by a team of researchers from several Iraqi academic institutions, including:

• Lecturer Raed Mahdi Saleh – College of Medicine / University of Anbar

• Mohammed Abdul Saleh – College of Engineering / University of Anbar

• Marwan Thakir Abdul – University of Anbar Presidency / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations

• Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Amanah Al-Shammari – College of Administration and Economics / Department of Business Administration / University of Karbala

This study represents a significant contribution to the field of inclusive leadership and its role in encouraging positive extra-role behaviors in higher education institutions. It offers practical evidence grounded in the Iraqi context, which may contribute to improving the academic work environment and boosting productivity.
