College of Medicine – University of Anbar Congratulates Lecturer Dr. Raed Mahdi on the Defense of His PhD Dissertation
The Deanship of the College of Medicine at the University of Anbar, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Walid Nassar Jafal, extends its highest congratulations and best wishes to our faculty member, Dr. Raed Mahdi Saleh, on the occasion of defending his doctoral dissertation in Administrative Sciences.
The dissertation was defended at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Tikrit, and was entitled:
(The Impact of Relational Leadership on Employees’ Proactive Behavior through Their Self-Efficacy: A Field Study at the University of Anbar).
The study reflected distinguished scholarly effort and a solid level of academic analysis and presentation.
