Dean of the College of Medicine Attends the Scientific Day Events at Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital
Today, Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital in Anbar Governorate launched its Scientific Day activities, organized to highlight the latest medical advancements and promote knowledge exchange among healthcare professionals. The event was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Walid Nassar Jaffal, alongside the Director General of Anbar Health Department, Dr. Khudhair Khalaf Shallal, the hospital director, and a number of doctors, academics, and healthcare sector stakeholders.
The event featured scientific lectures delivered by physicians and specialists across various medical fields, showcasing recent developments in diagnosis and treatment.
The ceremony also honored several retired doctors who had provided outstanding services to the hospital and the community. The hospital administration and the College of Medicine dean awarded them appreciation shields in recognition of their dedicated contributions and distinguished careers.
Notably, Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital is one of the most prominent healthcare institutions in western Iraq, providing comprehensive medical services to the residents of the governorate and neighboring areas.
