College of Medicine at the University of Anbar Celebrates Graduation of New Cohort of Doctors Amidst Pride and Joy

The College of Medicine at the University of Anbar organized a distinguished graduation ceremony today for a new cohort of its students, under the generous patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, and the direct supervision of the College Dean, Professor Dr. Waleed Nasser Jifal. The event was attended by faculty members and the families of the graduates, whose faces were radiant with joy in celebration of this exceptional milestone.

The ceremony commenced with a reverent recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by the University President, who congratulated the graduates, stating: “Today marks the culmination of years of diligence and hard work. You are the hope of society and ambassadors of humanity, and you will be a source of pride as you raise the banner of medicine everywhere.”

For his part, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Waleed Nasser Jifal, expressed his delight at graduating this distinguished group of doctors, wishing them a future filled with contributions to serve the nation and society. In turn, the graduates presented bouquets of flowers to the University President and the Dean as a token of gratitude for everyone who supported their academic journey.

The ceremony included honoring the graduating students and recognizing the top-performing students of the 2023/2024 academic year in appreciation of their outstanding efforts.

The event concluded with the recitation of the medical oath and the distribution of commemorative gifts, amid prayers from families and faculty members that these graduates would become pillars of the nation and contribute to building a healthier future.
