Launch of the 'First Aid' Course at the College of Medicine Under the Patronage of the Dean... Targeting Students and Graduates.

 Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit organized a training course titled "First Aid", delivered by Dr. Mohammed Tariq. The course took place on Sunday, February 18, 2025, at the college’s premises and will continue for three days (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday). The program aims to enhance the skills of students and graduates in handling emergency situations.

The course commenced at 10:00 AM with a large attendance of students and graduates. The first session covered fundamental concepts of first aid and its critical role in saving lives, particularly in emergencies before hospital arrival. Organizers highlighted that the program includes practical training on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), managing bleeding and fractures, and simulating diverse emergency scenarios.
