Collaboration Agreement
In line with the principle of enhancing scientific and professional partnerships and the desire to strengthen ties between academic institutions and scientific associations, an agreement has been reached between:

The College of Medicine – University of Anbar, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Walid Nassar Jafal,

The Iraqi Society for Infectious Diseases, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Haitham Noaman Ayadah,
to open pathways for mutual collaboration in areas of shared interest, particularly in the following:

Collaboration in scientific and research fields.

Training students and enhancing their clinical and scientific skills.

Evaluating and developing educational curricula in related specializations.

Organizing conferences, scientific seminars, and specialized workshops.

Exchanging expertise and scientific knowledge in the field of infectious diseases.

Supporting joint scientific research and promoting professional training and development opportunities for medical staff.

Cooperating in health awareness programs and community initiatives.
-
Establishing joint visitation programs aimed at improving the educational process and exchanging academic and professional experiences.
This agreement was signed today, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ali Raheem Hashim from the College of Medicine – University of Basrah, the Chairman of the Scientific Committee in the Society, as a confirmation of both parties' commitment to implementing and activating the terms of collaboration as soon as possible, in service of the scientific and health sectors in our beloved country.
