With the blessing of God Almighty, the Twelfth Open Session of the College of Medicine Council – University of Anbar was convened on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the College Council Hall. The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Waleed Nassar Jaffal, the esteemed Dean of the College and Chairman of the Council, with the honorable attendance of the council members.

The Dean opened the session with a welcoming speech to the members, expressing his appreciation for their dedicated efforts in serving the college and advancing its academic and administrative progress.

The session addressed several important topics, most notably the discussion of the directives from the Twelfth Session of the University of Anbar Council and aligning them with the college’s vision and future plans, in addition to reviewing the directives and recommendations of the Dean. Emphasis was also placed on ensuring the smooth conduct of the second-round examinations, as well as analyzing the results of the first round for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, with the aim of enhancing academic performance and achieving educational quality.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Waleed Nassar Jaffal expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the council members for their valued efforts, encouraging them to continue their contributions and coordination in serving the college and the university.
